High-Speed Automatic Cable Tie System for Motor Coil Applications

NexTie Motion FMC is an automatic cable tie system developed specifically for motor coil bundling and small-component fastening applications where high productivity and fast cycle times are essential. By simplifying the tying mechanism and reducing unnecessary movements, the system achieves faster operation while maintaining reliable fastening quality.

Loose cable ties are automatically fed from a vibration feeder and transferred to the tool through a hose system. After activation, the machine automatically performs feeding, wrapping, threading, tightening, cutting, and waste collection within a single automated cycle.

The system can also be configured to operate with selected cable ties from other manufacturers, depending on application requirements.
