Automatic Cable Tie System for Motor Coil Bundling in Confined Spaces

NexTie Motion MC is a specialized automatic cable tie system developed for motor stator coils, motor windings, and other assemblies with extremely limited installation space. The system is designed to perform reliable cable tie installation in applications where conventional cable tie tools cannot easily access the bundling area.

Loose cable ties are automatically supplied through a vibration feeder and transferred to the tying tool via a hose system. Once activated, the machine automatically performs the complete bundling cycle, including feeding, wrapping, threading, tightening, cutting, and waste collection.

The system can also be configured to operate with selected cable ties from other manufacturers, depending on application requirements.
